Tools like telephone, skype, video calling, collaboration-solutions and social media take an increasing role in communication.
Their efficient combination and usage however need rethinking in all areas of companies. Only if reasonable combinated and assidous used the combination of these tools leads to a positiv work-life-balance, efficient time managment and to an improvement in many areas of the companies and customer communication.
